Everything is sold by weight at prices in Indian rupees, packed under FSSAI licence 13326003000232, and dispatched from Delhi. Shipping is free on orders above ₹1,499 and orders above ₹3,000 get an automatic 10% discount at checkout.

We buy each season's walnuts, almonds, apricots and saffron from growers and small processing units in Jammu & Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand, in lots small enough that stock turns over instead of ageing in a warehouse. When a harvest runs out the product goes out of stock rather than being quietly replaced with imported grade.

Larger packs and variants (250g, 500g, 1kg) carry their own price and shipping, so the number you see is the number you pay — free above ₹1,499, with 10% off the items total above ₹3,000.

- Where do your products come from?
- Directly from growers and small processing units in Jammu & Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand. We buy in small lots each season rather than holding year-old stock, which is why some items go out of stock between harvests.
- How much does delivery cost and how long does it take?
- Shipping is charged per product and shown in the cart before you pay, and it is free on orders above ₹1,499. Orders are dispatched from Delhi; delivery time depends on your pin code and you get a tracking update once the parcel leaves us.
- Do you deliver everywhere in India?
- Yes — we ship to all serviceable pin codes across India. We do not ship internationally at the moment.
- How do I pay?
- Payments are online through Cashfree: UPI, cards, net banking and wallets. You sign in with your phone number and a one-time password before placing an order.
- Can I return an order?
- Report a damaged, defective or wrong item to customer service within 2 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund; approved refunds take 6–8 days to process. Being food, orders cannot be cancelled once they have been handed to the courier. The full terms are on our cancellation and refund policy page.
- How do I track an order after paying?
- Sign in with the phone number you ordered with and open Orders to see the current status of each order, including the items, the address it is going to and what you paid. We also send a WhatsApp update from the store when your parcel is packed and dispatched.
- Can I have an order delivered to someone else?
- Yes — the delivery address is entered at checkout and does not have to match your own, which is how most of our hamper orders are sent. Add the recipient's name, address and phone number so the courier can reach them directly.
- Is everything vegetarian?
- Yes. The catalogue is nuts, dry fruits, seeds, spices, pulses and honey — no meat, egg or dairy ingredients — and honey is the only animal-derived product on the site. Ingredient details for each item are on its product page.
- How should I store dry fruits and nuts after they arrive?
- Keep them in an airtight container away from sunlight; kernels such as walnuts and mamra badam keep longest refrigerated. Saffron should stay in its sealed container in a dark, dry cupboard. Nothing we ship contains added preservatives, so storage matters more than it does with packaged snacks.
- How do I know what a pack will cost before checkout?
- Each product page lists the price, pack weight and shipping charge for every variant, and the cart recalculates the total, the shipping and any discount as you change quantities. Agents can read the same numbers from the markdown version of a product page at /product/<slug>.md.
- Do you take bulk, corporate or gifting orders?
- Yes. Corporate hampers and bulk dry-fruit orders are arranged over email or WhatsApp so we can confirm quantities and dispatch dates before you pay.
