Privacy Policy

Account details. Your mobile number is collected when you sign in, because sign-in works through a one-time password sent to that number. If you fill in your profile we also store your name, email address and date of birth.

Delivery details. The name, street address, city, PIN code and phone number you enter at checkout, so the courier can reach you. If you use the map picker, the approximate coordinates of the address you selected are saved with it.

Order history. What you ordered, the amount, the delivery address used and the payment status of each order.

Reviews. The rating and text you submit on a product, shown publicly alongside your name.

Technical data. Standard web analytics — pages visited, approximate location, device and browser — collected through Vercel Analytics and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel.

We never see or store your card number, UPI PIN, CVV or bank credentials. Payments are completed on the payment gateway's own page, and the gateway returns only a payment reference and a success/failure status to us. We do not sell personal information, and we do not buy it from third parties.

To take payment for your order, pack and ship it, keep you updated about it, answer your questions, handle returns and refunds under our cancellation and refund policy, meet our tax and accounting obligations as a GST-registered Indian business, and to understand which products and pages are useful so we can improve the store.

Only the service providers needed to fulfil your order, and only the data each one needs:

• Payment gateway (Razorpay; previously Cashfree) — processes the payment and holds the payment record.
• Courier partners — receive the delivery name, address and phone number to deliver the parcel.
• Communication providers — Google Firebase sends the sign-in OTP, Resend sends order emails, and the WhatsApp Business platform sends order and dispatch updates to your number.
• Hosting and infrastructure — Vercel hosts the site, Neon hosts the database, UploadThing and Sanity store product images and content.

We also disclose information where the law requires it — for example to tax authorities, or in response to a valid legal request.

We set a small number of cookies: one that keeps you signed in, one that remembers a guest cart before you sign in, and one short-lived cookie used during OTP verification. Analytics and the Meta Pixel set their own cookies to measure visits and advertising performance. Blocking cookies in your browser will stop sign-in and checkout from working.

Order records, invoices and the associated delivery details are retained for as long as Indian tax and company law requires us to keep business records. Account and profile details are kept while your account exists. You can ask us to delete your account at any time using the contact details below; we will remove your profile and address book, but orders already placed remain in our accounting records.

You can view and correct your name, email, date of birth and saved address from your profile page at any time, and you can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. To stop WhatsApp order updates, reply STOP to any message; to stop marketing email, use the unsubscribe link. You can block analytics cookies through your browser settings.

The site is served over HTTPS with HSTS, passwords are not used for shopper accounts (sign-in is one-time-password based), and access to the order database is restricted to the people who run the store. No system is perfectly secure, so please tell us immediately if you believe your account has been misused.

The store is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children, and a person under 18 should use the site only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

If we change how we handle personal information we will update this page and the date shown above. Continuing to use the store after a change means you accept the updated policy.
